This page is the public deletion-request resource for WSudoku by Kvass Games, Android package com.KvassGames.WSudoku.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

FASTEST METHOD

Delete inside WSudoku

Open Settings.
Open Account.
Select Delete account.
Review the warning, then confirm.

This method uses your authenticated session. A successful deletion signs you out and clears the account-scoped profile and scores kept by WSudoku on that device.

NO APP ACCESS NEEDED

Request deletion by email

Send a request from any device. Kvass Games will reply with the ownership-verification steps before deleting the account.

Include your display name, platform, approximate last-played date, and a clear request to delete the account. Never email a password, device identifier, purchase token, or full payment receipt.

WHAT IS DELETED

Account-associated WSudoku data

After ownership is verified, deletion removes the server-side WSudoku account and its associated game data, including:

Nakama account, authentication links, and active sessions
display name, avatar, and public profile presentation
medals, XP, level, statistics, and achievements
theme, background, and frame unlocks and selections
personal and public leaderboard records
saved solo runs, results, wallet, and user-owned storage
active private-battle room reservation associated with the account

Kvass Games aims to acknowledge email requests within 7 days and complete a verified request within 30 days. If more information is needed to establish ownership, Kvass Games will reply to explain the next step.

WHAT MAY REMAIN

Local settings and limited safeguards

Data stored only on your device: An outside-app request cannot directly reach local files on an offline device. If WSudoku later reconnects and detects the recorded deletion, it clears its known account-profile and score files. Otherwise those files can remain until you clear WSudoku's app storage or uninstall it; doing so also removes local language, audio, display, privacy, and consent settings.
Store entitlement: WSudoku's local owned/not-owned Remove Ads flag remains until app storage is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Google Play separately retains purchase or transaction data under its controls so an eligible purchase can be restored.
Recorded deletion identifier: WSudoku's backend may retain the deleted account's internal identifier only so the deletion can be applied again if an older backup is ever restored. It is not an active game account.
Support correspondence: The deletion email and verification record may be retained for up to 90 days after completion for request security and audit, then removed unless a longer period is legally required.

WSudoku deletion does not remove Steam-native leaderboard entries, Steam achievements, Steam profile data, or Google Play transaction records. Valve and Google govern that data through their own account and retention controls; see the WSudoku privacy policy for details.
